Taking your niche for granted can be the kiss of death for any business. A successful niche requires constant vigilance. The following self-test will give you the important clues where your niche is already very strong as well as point out its vulnerable spots. Plan to return to this self-test on a regular basis. Converting each of your No’s to Yes will be an important first step. Keeping them there is the big trick!
